If you want to download and install on your desktop or smartphone, go there. Looking for a chat/messenger/collaboration program with a whiteboard and various requirements I didn't use the camera, so not entirely sure how well that piece of works but at least there are options other than google. I tried, open source video conferencing, the other day and it worked just fine.
